After placing your order, please contact us to confirm the delivery date.
Once your delivery date is set, we’ll prepare your order with care and schedule the courier.

2. Delivery Fees

Standard delivery fee: ₪50
Free delivery on all orders of ₪300 or more

3. Pickup Option

Prefer to collect your order yourself? No problem! You’re welcome to pick up your cakes and desserts directly from us at no extra cost.

4. Delivery Details

To make sure your order arrives smoothly, please provide:

Full and accurate address
Building number, entrance, floor, and apartment (if relevant)
Any special instructions that can help the courier find you easily

5. Delivery Times

Deliveries are made on the scheduled date agreed upon when confirming your order.
We cannot guarantee exact time slots, but we do our best to deliver within your preferred timeframe.

6. Important Notes

Delivery is available within our service area only.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or absence of the recipient.
